The asking rent after the manager’s concession is applied is $850 per month plus a security deposit of $850 as the on-site manager of this 16-unit building.  On-site manager duties include: Rent Collections, Rent Receipts to tenants, posting of notices (including 3-day pay or quit, 3-day perform or quit, notice to enter unit, etc.), logging and delivering rents to the Property Supervisor or the Management Company Office, sweeping/light cleaning of common areas (including 1st and 2nd floor walkways and stairs).  This list is not all inclusive.
